Closed escrow in the past week on this spotless property in Madera for my sellers but there is quite a "back story" to this one. I started working with this couple in the spring of 2019 as they wanted to move and had very specific needs and requests for their new home. I told them it would definitely be a task but not impossible. Finally, late this summer, we closed escrow on their new home in Mariposa and they started the moving/updating process. When they were finally moved and ready to list their home in Madera it sold in under a week for over asking price and just closed escrow. I love it when, through determination, effort, and diligence a seller/buyer is able to reach their goals. And I love being part of the process in helping families and individuals make their dreams come true!!

Listed this home last week and after 5 days on the market with many showings and multiple offers, it was just placed into escrow for way above asking price. God is good!!
