LOTUS FLOW Movement

Hello Facebook friends and clinets, This summer literally flew by... I hope you have had an incredible summer, I must say my summer was one for the books. As many of you know, I am engaged and we have an amazing journey ahead. We will be relocating to the beautiful Northwest, Arkansas. With this news, I'm officially turning the page to the next chapter~ which will also include moving and relocating Lotus Flow Movement.... As I reflect on my time, I realize how much each of you have touched my life here and helped me grow. How do I summarize my time with you? I could describe it in lessons learned, challenges completed, fears conquered, bodies healed, hamstrings lengthened, spines straightened, smiles exchanged, tears shed (of which there will be many more in coming days). However, I don't think I can convey my experience with each of you in the desert over 12 years with enough gratitude and thankfulness. I know you have relied on me to be your "teacher" but, in ways you all have been mine. It has been a privilege to be a source of healing and good health in your lives. Lotus Flow Movement has been a successful business that has brought me much happiness because of each of you. You are the reason why I have wanted to continue and the reason it's hard to say goodbye. I take pride in having loyal and dedicated clients and sharing the gift of movement. Everyone who has walked through my front door has brought a unique relationship that we will always share. We have created community and compassion for our bodies in a beautiful space. As I reflect on my journey I came to the desert in 2006 from Denver, Colorado to teach at The Vintage Club. I took a leap of faith and entered on my own entrepreneurial venture in 2013 and was thrilled to open Lotus Flow Movement on El Paseo in Palm Desert; a community I wanted to be involved with (even with its seasonal moodiness). It was with inspiration and courage I got from my clients that gave me the confidence to push forward and get it started. Lotus Flow Movement wouldn't have been the same without you
