As we stepped into the airport returning from our 40th anniversary trip we got news that The 3M Event Center has been shut down, And not able to open until January. So

Small habits lead to big results. Don’t be overwhelmed with the journey ahead of you, just take one step at a time, you will get there!

@centerpodium and @legionsportsfest put on a great event today! Got to see @liftwithsat and @amandaeveofficial compete and win their classes. Wasn’t able to see @a.c.matsu_fit get on stage, but I saw that you walked away with some hardware! Couldn’t resist buying to much workout gear at @lgsactivewear saw a familiar face working at @andy_b_bikinis (still wanna win that free suit!) and got to hang with @jamealame56 while we both watched our first love show. Looking forward to the next one, and the next champ that comes through @thelordsgym for a place to train!

Not even gonna pretend like this was a little feat...I watched @liftwithsat grind daily! Through hours of cardio, or not being able to walk after a good leg day! So proud that she was able to take first in figure, and second in her open division! Qualified for nationals...and is already training for another show within a month from now! Her drive, and work ethic are #NextLevel and we support and believe in her 100%! Let’s go get another dub!

His ABA team will be hosting a open tryout to all interested in testing their basketball abilities against top tier talent! $50 a person.
