Here's a great recipe for a cozy home made dinner Ribeye Steak, Roasted Vegetables and Classic Green Salad Ribeye Steak: ... Marinade your ribeye steak in Loolie's Gourmet Mediterranean vinaigrette with slices of red onions and a hint of salt and pepper for at least 2 hours, melt a piece of butter or olive oil in an iron skillet, for medium cooking grill the steak for 4 mins each side, add fresh thyme and rosemary for serving Roasted vegetables: Slice or cut in strips your desired vegetable assortment (carrots, mushrooms, broccoli, green beans, asparagus, zucchini) clean and let dry, in a bowl mix the vegetables with Loolie's Gourmet Provencal vinaigrette, salt and pepper, in a pan add generous amount of olive oil and throw in the vegetables let cook according to your taste. Al dente cook for 7 mins. Well cooked 10-12 mins.
