New Drink Alert Even we can't believe how well this turned out! Poking around our storage, we discovered a healthy amount of pecan-infused rum. Rich, earthy, and ever-so-slightly bitter--immediately our thoughts (and thirst) leapt to the Mai Tai: what with it's rummy elbows already leaning on a bartop of almond syrup, it's a cocktail that begged to be introduced to this pecan rum.
