International company in Plano has a 1 Year+ contract position open for a Contracts Administrator who will be responsible for providing support to the Connected Technologies (CT) Contracts team to ensure third-party vendor agreements are tracked, reported, cataloged and renewals monitored. Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Assists with the preparation, verification, and administration of contracts and associated documentation. - Captures pertinent contract information into d...ocument management system. Maintains detailed files and tracks authorizations, correspondence, and contract periods. - Records any provisional amendments that occur over duration of agreements. - Provides rudimentary guidance on contract matters to key stakeholders and ensures that executed agreements are conveyed to respective parties. - Converts agreements into contract form, prepares amended agreements for approval, and makes recommendations for modifications. - May review standard contracts for conformity with company rates, policy provisions, and governmental regulations; initiates changes as warranted. - Escalates any detected ambiguities, irregularities, inaccurate statements, omissions of essential terms, etc. to senior team members for handling. - Performs other related job duties as assigned Requirements: - 2 years of Contract Administration experience - Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office computer applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook) - Strong oral and written communication skills - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills - Ability to multi-task effectively within strict time constraints - Ability to exercise discretion in all confidential matters
