I always wait to do Teaser at the very end of the session. From a classical standpoint, it is how Joseph Pilates initially intended. You finish feeling like you worked Pilates is workout, just in case you thought otherwise LOL. It is one of the hardest exercise to do correctly. It fits into everyone’s body so differently.
