Lodi Ballet

We have been informed that July classes have been cancelled. We are now hoping to start with the Fall Session in August. We miss everyone terribly and look forward to seeing you whenever we start back up.

Although classes are on hold until May, we still need to raise money for future performances whether it be our indefinitely postponed Cinderella or our yearly Nutcracker. Each backdrop costs at least $600 alone and our prop set and costume storage is over $1500 a year all of which comes out of the Director's pocket. This doesn't include new props or nutcracker costumes costs all of which The city does not reimburse us for these costs so please help support our productions with our See's Candy Easter Fundraiser at the link below. I am sorry to say the City of Lodi has closed Hutchins Street Square due to Covid-19 prevention and there will not be any ballet classes until May 10th. As a result our June show of "Cinderella and Other Tales" has been postponed indefinitely. There is a possibility of extending classes in June but that will have to be decided later. We will update if there are any changes or updates.

Help needed! I was alerted today by Hutchins Street Square we don’t have enough ushers to tear tickets and hand out programs for our Nutcracker shows this next Saturday December the 14th! If you or anyone you know is interested please let us know, we need at least 2 more for the 2pm show and at least 3 more for the 7pm show. You’ll get to watch the show after you’ve helped. Thank you!
