Our new Loder Inc. marketing department has put together a nice slide show of the progress photos we have to date. I love it! Please enjoy our re-posting of the work completed so far at our Biletnikoff Center for Hope. Loder Construction is very proud to be the General Contractor (again) for our Biletnikoff Foundations construction of the Biletnikoff Center of Hope in Loomis Ca. Fred & Angela Biletnikoff have asked us to lead the construction of Phase 2 for our new center tha...t is located behind Tracey's Place of Hope main house for 6 young deserving women that we completed 3 years ago. The existing shack building could not be remodeled and was the first thing to go. (see photo of the girls holding the demo equipment, which they used to start the the demo in front of the shack) We are currently in the middle of construction of this 1,740 sq. ft. Activity Center. It was designed for a large enough place outside of the main house so that the girls could exercise, have yoga classes, and dance. It will also have a kitchen, rest room, and a large counseling office that the girls can go to, for a one on one with the staff. This center also has what we call "The Closet". This special room that has a custom-made wardrobe cabinetry similar to a department store fitting room, and will be filled with clothes to fit any girl. Sometimes the girls come to Tracey's Place of Hope with little of their past possessions, and are in need of not only clothing, but a sense of a caring and loving environment. This room is a great first impression of the safe and secure building that we are building for them. With the positive counsel of the Koinonia Homes for Teens, our new Biletnikoff Center of Hope will allow the girls to heal, learn and grow. See more
