It was fascinating to learn more about JADA VINEYARD & WINERY in the ‘blue chip’ Willow Creek District of Paso Robles. The dark, concentrated fruit from the site provides great juice! The work of the dynamic trio of winemaker Josh Harp, assistant winemaker Nate Hall, and Consulting Winemaker Tony Biagi is producing exciting wines with increasing polish and complexity.

Tasting through 2018 red wine barrel and puncheon lots from Zinke Wine Co. - there are some stellar vineyard selections!

We had a lovely and interesting evening at the Canadian Consulate’s Invest Canada dinner for the participants of the Milken Global Conference 2019. Wines of British Columbia from Kascadia Wine Merchant were served throughout the evening! Consul Genera Zaib Shaikh and Ian McKay, CEO at Invest explored in conversation the opportunities that technology and expertise present in Canada. Sharing a glass of Painted Rock Red Icon and Meyer Family Sparkling with William Fox, Managing Director at Trade & Investment British Columbia, Chris Costales Buyer at The Wine Country, and VJ Gandhi CEO of Kascadia Wine Merchants. The Canadian menu was expertly executed and it was a pleasure to talk with chef Nathan Fong at dinner!
