Tomorrow evening is our Tres Sabores, and Calder Wine Company Winemaker's Dinner! We are very excited to have this Mother and Son Wine-making duo as our guests. We have a special and expertly created tasting menu that has been tailored to the nuanced and artisan wines from both Tres Sabores and Calder. Please Join us!

We are thrilled to have Mother and Son, Julie Johnson and Rory Williams joining us as our guest Winemakers for our Winemaker Dinner Series on Wednesday, February 27th!! We will be pouring offerings from both Calder Wine Company and Tres Sabores. This is an exciting opportunity to drink delicious wines paired with an exceptional tasting menu. Join us tomorrow night for our Winemaker Dinner Series with Hardy Wallace (aka Dirty) of Dirty and Rowdy, as always we will be featuring a three-course Prix Fixe Tasting Menu and Wine pairings.

We are pouring some really fantastic wines right now by some of California's best natural winemakers! Really excited about Salinia's 2010 "Saffron Haze," The Scholium Project's 2010 "Prince in His Caves," and Knez' 2009 Pinot Noir!! Come by have a glass, and/or a bottle to compliment a beautiful meal! We are really excited about the new menu that we debuted at the top of the year! Come in and get excited, too!
