First course of the Thailand travel menu. We got a seat at Gaggan and built a trip around it!! We experienced a rare sight into one of the best dining experiences ever. Thank you @gaggan_anand "The best bite at Gaggan" Snapper with Bengali mustard, roasted chanterelles, pickled mustard seeds, spicy pickled Quince and a rich fumet made from the snapper bones. Its all folded up and woodfired to supple doneness!! An intricate dish deserves and needs an intricate wine. You ...can totally taste the soil of Hungary in this amazing dry fermint from the famous @royaltokaji. Sometimes a dish finds the perfect wine! Covid fatigue is setting in!!! We are thinking about travel and cant help but reminisce over our favorite trip.....Thailand!!
