The great thing about lockdown is that you get to focus, r-e-a-l-l-y focus on one thing at a time? Maybe this is why I am as excited about cauliflower dishes as any sophisticated French dish these days -- here the creamy cauliflower offered by cowLESS

This is as good as it gets with takeaway food. And Indian cuisine is so suited to it! The Radhika Restaurant (South Pasadena) food so happily to westside Los Angeles. And the lamb shank, chicken tikka masala, creamy roasted cauliflower and roasted Brussels Sprouts were great the first day and even after!

Oh. This dish was SO good we had an order to go and ate it everyday for four days --- and are ready to do it all over again. Delicious! Textured and as satisfying as any protein!

We’ve walked by this small place with the Burrata House sign twice a day and didn’t know what abundanza pizza and panini dishes were behind the door! Owner Enzo... (middle) explained that originally his individual Roman style square pizza (new to LA) was a truck concept but with stay@home in place he simply tucked it into his popular Burrata House, where paninis are pillowy flower shaped - same pure ingredients and care in every dish. When the Messenger, Cary Huynh, is even so much better than his heavenly message of a dim sum delivery that turns to be such an array of Asian dishes (Chinese..., Thai noodles, Vietnamese bánh mì plus rice to go with each!) there is enough to share with @tableconversation and India’s Tandoori Brentwood friends! The best part was seeing and talking with Cary! The hardest part was not giving him a hug!
