It’s a little lengthy of a story on this just closed home. I first met Verseilla at an open house (remember those?) She was ready for a fresh start and looking for a condo in the Bluff park area of Long Beach, not just for her but her two dogs. Condos that allow dogs not just one but two without weight restrictions is a bit challenging, but we kept moving forward. Inventory kept getting tighter and tighter so we put together a personal note and mailed to a little over 100 equ...ity home owners in that area where the complex allowed dogs with no restrictions. In July, I received an email from one of the homeowners and believe it or not that’s the one we just closed on TODAY!!!
