Kate created a beautiful sequence. We practiced for a few weeks. It was wonderful to be together and be family, laughing and showing love to one another. We want to thank all of our fantastic students, thank you for being on this journey with. We love you all! Stay tuned!

Today our highlight and gratitude goes out to Marie Marie has been teaching with #livinglightyogafamily since the beginning and we want to show our love for her creativity, dance skills, and love for people. Marie is 500hr certified and also teaches dance privately.... She has the most inventive class we've ever seen! She beautifully combines yoga and dance into every class. She is one of a kind and we love her! Today we are highlighting @tawneydm and Kevin. As we continue this last week of classes. These two teachers are so amazing at what they do! They have dedicated their lives to self-study in yoga.... They are both always learning from reading, taking classes, and working with students. Tawney is certified RYT 500, taking time to journey to India and bring knowledge and depth to her classes. Still continuing to take new trainings and expand her certifications. Kevin has overcome many injuries and surgeries throughout the years. All while setting a goal for himself to gain his strength and defy the odds to become one our strongest yoga instructors. He is 200hr certified, a Vinyasa teacher and has a certification in yin yoga. We are excited to follow the journey's yoga takes them on. We want to thank you for every moment you both have spent with our studio, with our students and keeping the mindset of always learning. As we approach our final #donationclass this week Friday Sept 20th at 6pm We want to highlight @yogimichelle3 and @erik__fuentes... These two incredible individuals have put their heart and soul into every single yoga class they teach. Michelle and Erik had the opportunity to substitute classes and teach absolutely incredible workshops to our students. Michelle has a such a gift for Meditation, Yoga Nidra and Posture classes. She has an incredibly soothing demeanor and comprehensive knowledge in anatomy. Erik is certified in Chair Yoga and Trauma informed yoga. He is deeply rooted in his mission to heal people and has such a warm spirit. We moved through several poses, very slowly, keeping our eyes closed throughout the entire sequence....
