We did not come into this life knowing everything so of course we will make errors in judgments, mistakes, and take actions that do not serve our highest ideals.... So when you become aware that you’ve taken a wrong turn, "forgive yourself for not knowing what you know now" as the great Maya Angelou says, and then "do better" Do not hang on to the guilt or remorse it will only keep you in the mistake and keep you from learning the lesson and moving forward in your life. We are all more alike than we might think....let's practice more loving kindness towards each other, because we can do SO much more when we are united!! #bethechange #selfawareness #humanity #unite
Out of the mud and muck, comes the lotus, a beautiful flower....to some it is a symbol of enlightenment. When we face the darkness, our inner shadows, things we don't like to see or look at within ourselves, we are actually doing a great service to the self. The darkness is a part of each and everyone of us, and when we can accept that part of ourselves, we open the door to experience great compassion to ourselves. Only then can we truly be compassionate to others.
Take care of yourself first!
"We all have traumas, each and every one of us. But traumas and our emotional responses at this young age tend to shape us more than most. They tend to be a blueprint of our subconscious programming, and unless we go in there and resolve it, these patterns can continue to show up in all areas of our lives." https://foreverconscious.com/understanding-your-inner-child
Where do you want to be unlimited?? Can you think of a new way of being?
Noticing numbers and patterns? https://www.enlightened-consciousness.com/noticing-number/
Working on the self is probably the most important and most rewarding thing we can do. When we change and grow, we are essentially helping the whole--because we are ALL connected!!
If you're ready for Reiki 2.......
Take care of yourself!!
Comparing ourselves does us no good. We are all unique and have different gifts, ideas and wants. Turn off the compare-o-meter!!!
Sing it out, and sing loud!!!!
Practicing being here now will help us focus on what is right in front of us....ultimately helping us feel more peace!
There's so much we can do to make our lives enjoyable and meaningful. What do you do to bring meaning and depth to your life?
