As many of you may have heard classes here at little tree are impossible to host right now with all the covid rules so we are pivoting and breaking the space up to offer to working artists (if you’re interested DM me) Little Tree as a school is going to be put on hold and moving out of the large space for now. We may host smaller pods down the line as things get resolved in the world. If you are at home with kids or are a working artists and crafter stop by today to fill a bag of supplies for $20 wear a mask and we’ll supply the sanitizer. Before all the smoke and ash in the air I took the hottest weekend to finally do my summertime ritual and play with dye, maybe too hotIt’s a creative time I usual leave for our families annual trip to the Sierras where I spread out on the granite rocks for a few days. -ever enjoying the beautiful Silver lake and mountains behind. This year continues push us to the limit of not knowing when or what our lives will be like week to week and like most types of art, like dying, you can only plan so much, the rest is up to chance. I didn’t take too many photos but these pieces will be for sale starting weekends in October at Little Tree along with other artists!!!

Pushing forward! We are looking at June with hopeful hearts. We’ve posted our last round of kits today. We are now focusing on getting our studio organized and adapted to re-open June 1st. We’ve added a two week mini camp for a small group of 12 kids. We will not be offering any camps before this date in hopes that by June 1st this camp can be somewhat ‘normal’ we are and will be continuing to follow the Marin Health guidelines for reopening and continue to offer 100% covid related refunds.
