Little Ones Welcome

Although Little Ones Welcome is considered healthcare, San Francisco issued a Shelter-In-Place order that started midnight today, March 17th. Requesting that non-essential doctor appointments be cancelled, until April 7th (or further notice). Therefore, I have decided to cancel all non-essential appointments, which unfortunately includes acupuncture and all forms of manual therapy. As of now, I am offering my clients appointments over Zoom or FaceTime, where I can provide tal...k therapy, teach you some Qi Gong exercises, or offer distant reiki session. Or a Taiji private session (with Oliver) I am also still available for Potty Training or EC consults via phone or zoom. During this time, I advise you focus on your health and enjoy time with your love ones. Stay hydrated, limit refined carbs and sugars, eat more leafy greens , take vitamin D, move your body, and practice some sort of meditation or quite sitting .
