I couldn't be more excited that I am now cleared for private classes! I hope to be back at The Villa starting January 9th for public classes. I will keep you updated. Until then please email me if you would like to book a private class (you host in your home/space/barn/garage, garden, etc) Here are the details for private classes, my calendar is WIDE OPEN :) PRIVATE POD CLASSES... Child/Adult minimum: 8 *Adults can participate in private classes, or I can do a class for just adults if you want to have some private adult only pod time Cost: $40 per person, 90 minute class Location: Your house, garage, garden, work, barn, loft, etc... I am beyond frustrated and sad I am being forced to cancel all my classes. Not the best time of year to suddenly lose my only source of income. As soon as January 10th comes I will be back up and running with lots of classes and camps. Please keep an eye out for updates via email and on social media. We had so much fun celebrating two birthdays on Tuesday in the Cloverdale after school program !!! We made edible cookie dough, Italian pasta and cheesy garlic bread - everything was so delicious

WOW it's been 3 years since I held my first class in my home with only 4 students (my daughter and nephew being two of them) I was so OVER THE MOON excited to teach those kids. I can not THANK ALL MY STUDENTS enough, from the bottom of my heart. I appreciate everyone who has signed up for a class. I hope all the kiddos are doing well with the start of distance learning. I know they are missing out on so much, much needed socialization right now. I'm super excited to bring you my 3 week Little Monsters mini camp at The Villa Chanticleer. The class will be held once a week for 3 weeks, every Tuesday October 13th, 20th and 27th from 3:30 - 4:45. Kids will be spaced 6 feet apart, lots of hand washing and masks are required. Ages 4-13 are welcome, the cost is $115 for the ...3 classes. We will make 3 recipes per class and kids take home what they make. Let me know if your child(ren) would like to join in on the fun! What an amazing group of kids today at Cloverdale Citrus Fair !!! Today was the first of five classes and we made fruit skewers, create your own rice crispy shape and not pictured a super creamy cheesy chicken. I overheard a lot of the kids saying I made dinner tonight mom We worked on knife skills cutting up all the fruit. I look forward to the next four weeks with this amazing group of future chefs
