Be sure to change you toothbrush every 3 month!

#NationalBrushDay is over, but the brushing continues! Use a fluoride toothpaste and brush for two minutes, twice a day every day. Don’t forget to also clean between teeth once a day.

Milk can cause cavities if it remains on teeth overnight. If your baby needs a night-time bottle, then you should wipe their teeth/gums with a warm washcloth before bed.

Parents can transfer bacteria from their mouth to their baby's. Be sure to wash anything before putting it in your baby's mouth.

Sugar-free gum is a great way to avoid excess sugar intake!

It is important to remove soft plaque by flossing and brushing 2x/day - so it doesn't harden into tartar.
