Why the name change to Liquid Brain Nights? Differences with Nerd Nite. I DOUBLED the audience in just a few MONTHS for the Silicon Valley edition they've been trying to do for more than 6 YEARS. Nerd Nite Silicon Valley had always previously failed because it was always the shadow of Nerd Nite SF. So now that it's finally working, they cannot appreciate an amazingly full house every single month for what has been the most successful iteration of the event!... From the very beginning Bart Bernhardt from Nerd Nite SF criticized how I relaunched and operated Nerd Nite SV (so successfully) by myself. He only reached out to be critical (about an event with a full house every single month) instead of collaborative. There was never an intention to work together from them. Second time I ever talked again to Matt Wasowski from Nerd Nite NY (Global) after starting was on the morning after the last event. No intention of dialogue or to resolve tension, nothing. Second time ever talking to him on the phone just to be told that I won't be doing Nerd Nite anymore. Fine, I can do a pretty successful event all by myself without any help, as shown above, under a different name So with the differences and the effort I've put into this completely by myself, my intention was to continue the monthly events as amazing as ever, under a new name, the last Tuesday of every month at The Tabard Theatre Company. But that's sadly not going to happen... for now. Thank you so much everyone! - UPDATED 4/30
