Members of the South Bay Lions Club assisted with the Dockweiler Beach clean-up event along with other members of Lions District 4-L3 and Big Mountain Leos Club. Trash collected was reported to Heal the Bay.

Members of the South Bay Lions Club attended the Torrance/South Bay YMCA Healthy Kids Event, preforming free diabetes screening and handing out nearly 200 "Happy Face" stickers to all the kids.

Members of the South Bay Lions Club recently supported a meeting of community experts on the subject of "domestic violence and how to prevent it"

In the last 10 days, South Bay Lions have helped with providing 36 meals for 12 families, conducted vision screening for 36 children under the age of 6 and assisted with free diabetes screening for 55 adults. a busy few days for some committed Lions.

South Bay Lions Club conducted Kid Sight Vision Screening at Reenen's Pre-School in Los Angeles. it was lots of fun while conducting a meaningful service project for children.

South Bay Lions Club donated $2100 to Sunshine Kids this past weekend. It is a very special organization and we are very happy to support all their good work to help kids.
