Follow his hands, breath with intention. Take in air with your nasals, deep into belly, hips, lower back and pelvis. Breath naturally. Think of the ocean Use lower abbs to assist with breathing. This is a way to listen to your body. Place your hand on your navel at times to detect the... depths of your breath. Vital organs, should not suffer from stiffness. Regulate your gut, immune system and stress in your overall daily health. PAIN is distracting and can cause unnecessary aging. Take a break from it! Come back to this practice when you need it, love this practice as much today as I did the first time. Be healed, or at least better!
