It’s storytelling time.... Once upon a time years and years ago when I was renting by the beach, I can think of two separate times one of my landlords came to me asking me if I wanted to buy the unit because they were selling. Both times I passed on the opportunity. I wasn’t a Realtor at the time and didn’t know the first thing about investing in real estate.
