Attended Land Park neighborhood meeting of which 80% of the homes were lost to the fires. So much insurance information... this is crazy times. My 20 to 30 mi...nutes hardly covered the process. Can’t repeat enough... Do not hire a Public Insurance Adjuster and get stuck in contract! They take as much as 20% off the settlement, slows down the process and you end up without enough money to rebuild. They have traveled to Redding and trying to find you... beware! I hope everyone has a local agent... never again do it yourself.
