I’m sorry to say that we are closed again. All Placer County museums have been closed indefinitely and we are following their lead. We aren’t happy about it of course but will do our part to keep everyone, our docents and our visitors, safe. From all of us at the Lincoln Museum, we wish you a Happy and blessed Thanksgiving.

Good morning and Happy New Year from everyone at the Museum. We are in need of an IT person to help us with our computers. We have five desktop computers, supposedly networked. We use them for accounting and administrative purposes. More importantly we use them to input all of the images and artifacts that come into the museum from people like you. We use a software system called Past Perfect. We used to have a volunteer that we could call on when we had an issue. We no l...onger have that wonderful person and we are struggling. We are looking for some help. We need a suggestion, a club, or person? If anyone has any ideas we would greatly appreciate it. We had a great time at Brats and Bingo over the weekend. Look who won the $100 worth of scratch-offs. Good luck Mary Weir.

We are so incredibly saddened to hear of the passing of Larry Wyatt. Larry’s family goes all the way back to the Beermanns. The Wyatts have contributed so much to our community over the generations. Larry built our blacksmith shop along with the contributions from Pat McCartney and Smoky Reeves. Talk about old-time Lincoln. We thank you Larry and we will miss you.
