Baking at home: Sans Rival!! A rich meringue layer cake with butter cream & cashews Sans Rival is pretty much similar to a French Daquoise. The defining difference is cashews, which replace the traditional almonds or hazelnuts. This one we did a Italian meringue & a French buttercream, topped with cashew brittle. Pan De Sal is soft pillowy textured dinner roll that is big in Filipino culture. We use organic bread flour from @centralmilling its also rolled in bread crumbs prior to baking. Not only is it our goal to push Filipino food in Oakland but we want to also give you baked goods as well.
