#mondaymood #mondaymotivation Hello Everyone, Just wanted to send out a special message and thank you to all of you who have supported LightSpeed during this time. As we near the end of the year, I’ve been looking back and ahead. ... To say it has been stressful and a struggle is an understatement. I’ve been teaching Martial Arts since 1997 and have been running my school for 12 1/2 years. This is by far the biggest test I’ve experienced for my business and my personal life. It brings tears to my eyes to think about all the support I’ve been given recently; By students and their parents, my amazing staff, and my family. Without it, I would certainly be in a different situation. You all are my motivation. During this time of uncertainty, hopelessness and loss, I’ve been able to lean on those around me like never before. Through this support I’ve been able to workout solutions to keep LightSpeed going. To provide the service I’m so passionate about to this community I love so much. I will not stop. Our school will continue to move forward. We will continue to conquer the barriers that seem to be endlessly coming our way. My staff is stepping way outside their normal skill set. We are not only Martial Arts teachers, we are tutors, school teachers, counselors, sanitization experts, computer technicians and whatever else our students need us to be. I am forever grateful to them. To my parents, who have been by my side every step of the way. Helping to clean, provide advice and support, helping design plastic dividers and face masks. The school would not still be standing if it wasn’t for their help and support. And to my girlfriend. Shastina, we have been through a lot this year and I’m so blessed to have you by my side. You lift me up when I’m down, remind me to eat healthy and take my vitamins. Hold me when everything seems so overwhelming and hopeless. You keep my focus on the future and everything we are building together and all the possibilities that lie ahead of us. This post is definitely way outside my comfort zone and normal. But I felt the need to express my gratitude for all the continued support. I look forward to an incredible future of growth, expansion and health for all of us. Thank you
