How gorgeous are these crystals! This is Fluorite, in crystal form it is so beautiful. In the mouth, it helps prevent cavities and keeps your teeth strong ... It’s always been a hot topic, but our philosophy is everything in moderation. Of course too much of a good thing isn’t necessarily a good thing. Let’s use ice cream for example.
