Light Given

Attending a breathwork session led by @figgy.stardust59! Such an amazing day. I love breathing consciously. It truly makes me feel good. Eventually, i’ll be teaching. But for now, I must learn/train.

So most of the people who follow me on this page, pretty much know one side of me. And that’s because that’s all i decided to show. And thats because i was holding on to an image of what i felt i should be. It was sculpted by the speakers that I saw. Most of them are talking about enlightenment all the damn time. I felt, thats what i needed to do. Not realizing, that LIGHT is infused with everything I do, because that is everything that i am. Here, above, is a trailer, for a ...film thag I shot 3 years ago. I strapped a Go-Pro to my forehead and I just wanted to show my life. From my perspective. Because i feel its interesting. I’m fun and adventurous as hell. Im courageous and risky. Im annoying and a dweeb at times lol i don’t want to be perfect. Or seem always put together to you. But at the end of the day, i just want to love. Show love. Illustrate love. Because that is founded in Peace. And woven by fun. THAT is who i am. So you guys will get more than me just speaking into a camera. You’ll get ALL of me. And THAT is #LightGiven. See more

I really forgot what I was going to say! Lol but the message is there. Beauty is in the i of the beholder. Standards of beauty has been one of the larger things thats divided us. Another lane of judgement. We were shown what beauty was and believed it. But we never decided for ourselves. We haven’t been able to see through clear eyes. Unfiltered. Unconditional. A childs eye. A child believes everything is beautiful until we define things as ugly. Its in the i of the beholder. We are all the i. This is #LightGiven
