After a long depressing weekend a dose of Black Joy was extremely necessary so I put some makeup on and headed to brunch @liegeoakland THANK YOU @redesignher CHEF @iplay4dawynn @iamchrisdope and @justjeff14 for making me feel safe. I know I’m safe when I’m surrounded by Black people in a Black owned restaurant. Congratulations @joebiden and @kamalaharris on the win for humanity! This is the first time I wore my sweatshirt from @barackobama first inauguration in DC. It was important I didn’t allow fear to keep me from celebrating history today! I LOVE YOU ALL (yes the drink is virgin )
