Discouragement.

I love new beginnings, the expectation, the unknown, the potential. Like a child being born into this world, there’s nothing as glorious as a new beginning. It balances the scale of discomforts that change can bring. New opportunities motivate us to new sacrifices and devotions. God understood this when He created the world. He gave us new year’s, new seasons, and even new days so that our hope could be renewed. As I anticipate Sunday’s relaunch service at Life Pentecostal C...hurch, and being tasked with the responsibility of raising up a light for the gospel in the heart of Sacramento, I have all the concerns and discomforts that come with this undertaking, yet they are overwhelmed and eclipsed by the great hope and expectation of what God will do in this new season. So if you have ever been a part of Life Pentecostal Church, please join us for the service. Sunday at 2 PM on the back patio. At the very least, we want you to celebrate with us the joy of this new beginning, and at the most we want you to be an integral part of it.
