What is Samskara? As we live our lives, some experiences we encountered were not pleasant, it hurt our feelings, it embarrassed us leaving us scared on the inside .. It is so painful and/or so sensitive we resisted the feeling for years , we try to deny it or ignore it just not to feel that feeling again..... We have the tendency to either feed it or escape from it .. do you know your Samskara?

In times, we are lucky enough to reach a point of soul searching, although we should thrive to live a life with full connection with our inner self. This is a perfect time to start!
