You can use the equity in your home as a #DownPayment, don't forget. In a seller’s market when inventory is low, there will almost always be multiple offers on the table. When you are a contingent buyer, a seller isn’t likely to consider your offer ESPECIALLY when other offers aren’t contingent on the sale of a property . Sellers like clean, easy money. (The cleaner the offer the better) Moral of the story: If you are looking to sell and buy, it is important to AT LEAST list your property before you begin your home search.
