This beauty was recently completed it in a small fenced in back yard in Carlsbad. The porcelain patio was constructed with high quality, durable and stunning pavers that come in many shapes, sizes and colors. Cool, light tones with varying textures create depth while leaving the space wide open for a larger feeling area that can be fully utilized. Shrubs planted along the back will fill it to create another depth of texture and color while providing privacy with its height. Succulents pop from the glacier pebble with varying colors and a drought tolerant durability to finish off this low maintenance extension of the home. Camellias and roses in bloom at this gorgeous home in Bird Rock we just finished up in December! The owner is originally from New England and desired a traditional East coast style, yet contemporary look for his new home. We drew inspiration from our own summers spent on Nantucket and paired wind-swept grasses and flowering perennials with the cottage style house, and added a Mexican lime espalier in the back for the owner to satisfy his margarita cravings.
