.15 BAC (Blood Test) dismissed Friday on motion of the Deputy District Attorney. Long fought battle. Motion to Suppress denied by the trial court. Appellate Division then overturned the judge's decision last week and the District Attorney moved to dismiss. Great results.

Just received a finding of innocence on a judge trial on the .15 or more enhancement with a .21 BrAC where client had trouble standing without assistance of the arresting officer. Every case is defensible. Call me.

.29/.31 BrAC DUI (almost 4X the legal limit). Rarely does such a defendant walk away with an acquittal under such an overwhelming presumption of guilt - but it ...happened today. Acquitted of the .08 count. Remaining counts dismissed. DMV suspension will be set aside because of the acquittal. Plead no contest to Pen Code 647(f) - drunk in public. Great result - very happy client. See more

Just got back from a Jury Trial battle in Modoc County. After a two hour jury deliberation we received a note from the Jury. They were at an impasse; 10 not guilty and 2 guilty. The judge declared a mistrial and the prosecutor moved to dismiss! Serious victory for a Driving Under the Influence charge and a Chemical Test Refusal Enhancement!
