We've got apples! Certified Organic Arkansas Black (a delicious heirloom), Gala, Fuji, Lady in Red! Granny Smith and Honeycrisp are all gone...thank you to all of our customers that enjoyed them...they'll be back next year.

The cover crop is growing beautifully, thanks to the new rains, and the carrots are sweeter than ever. The chickens are busy laying delicious, lovely eggs: brown, green and white.

Spring has arrived at the farm, along with baby chicks and WWOOFers Christelle, Nico and Adam. Such a wonderful group of people--they worked hard and enjoyed each other and us. Farm style pizza night, hikes on the hill, much, much laughter and "banana pancakes". Thank you you three! Bon voyage and sweet dreams of basil, summer and winter squash, eggplant and of course eggs! Agatha, Claire and Catriona have come to help in the month of May. We'll be back with more pictures of them soon!
