It’s the best salad EVER! I discovered this week’s #shoplocal business 6 years ago when I had just delivered my second baby. One of my mom friends from @scpcmops signed up for my meal train ( AKA the greatest gift when recovering from delivery and adjusting to life with a newborn! ) and she brought us dinner from @guichoseatery . Their chopped salad (pictured) won me over back then! It Is still my favorite on-the-go lunch between work appointments. I should mention ...that the pasta and meatballs are also delicious; I mean, it’s all GOOD!! There are two locations: one on South El Camino Real, the other in the Sprouts plaza in North San Clemente. in the era of takeout, it’s a great option in town!
