Easily one of my favorite Tattoo Cover Ups Reshaped her brows to make them more full, and brought them in a little bit closer inwards to create more balance. Sometimes we can’t fully cover up the previous tattoo if the old shape is no longer flattering, hence why she was ok with the old tail peeping out a tiny bit on one of her brows- which will eventually fade anyway. This was necessary to create symmetry.
