This project is wonderful! I encourage you to support it with your good thoughts or give to the kickstarter if you are so moved. Just knowing about it will reinforce this positive work. Thank you Danny Jordan and Cam Hastings!
At ELGC we work with families to be nonjudgmental towards themselves, towards each other. We talk and practice being kind and empathetic even when we don't understand someone's experience, why they are acting the way they are, or anything about them. We encourage people to expand outside of their own comfort zones and 'walk in the shoes of another' to increase understanding and cooperation. This applies beyond the family, it applies to the world.
