TODAY- I will be pondering the 16 principles of life { offered to the world from the Veda and specifically from Maharishi Mahesh Yogi } - Discerning what if anything can be shared with our #FeathershipFamily. Consider for yourself what thoughts or feelings arise and comment if you have questions or thoughts. { 16 PRINCIPLES OF LIFE } 1. The nature of life is to grow 2. Order is present everywhere 3. Outer depends on inner 4. Life is found in layers... 5. Knowledge is gained from inside and outside 6. Every action has a reaction 7. The whole is greater than the sum of it's parts 8. Seek the highest first 9. Rest and activity are the steps of progress 10. Enjoy greater efficiency and accomplish more 11. Purification leads to progress 12. The field of all possibilities is the source of all solutions 13. Thought leads to action, action leads to achievement and achievement leads to fulfillment 14. {Push & Pull} Positive Intelligence Tip of the Day teaches us to harness and effectively replenish our energy source. What does this mean? Research shows that our energy (willpower) is exhaustible and can be depleted more quickly when we are pushed into action by negative influences. Whoa! All you controllers out there: Slow your role and let things flow. Negative Pushers are things like: Resistance, regret, guilt, shame, judgement, fear and obligation: These are all hu...ge energy suckers, inflicted by others or ourselves. Come, on... how many of you actually use negative (fear based) emotions to take action? Yeah. Sit on that. Now If TODAY you notice this happening.... STOP and SHIFT. See if you can redirect your attention and energy to the more natural pull of flow and inspiration. Allow yourself to gently gravitate towards what you WANT to do vs what you think you HAVE to do. (Note: yes, we all have things we have to do sometimes like pay rent, go to the dentist, feed our kids, but can we also have balance?) Dont knock it , till you try it. Strengthen your mental and energetic capacity; leverage positivity as a vehicle for change and see how the day unfolds.
