Hi Everyone, Dan here posting... I wanted to share some info about this awesome event our friends at the Chamber are putting on tomorrow. In recent months, I found myself constantly confronted with questions that, in the past, would have been relatively easy to handle. Questions like, "where will be meeting for Leadership in September?" In current times, these questions can be overwhelming because uncertainty makes them almost unanswerable. Meanwhile, difficult unanswerable ...questions like "what will I learn from participating in Leadership SLO?" are more challenging than ever because of how much Covid has changed the way we operate. I'll admit, when responding to some, I've missed the mark. In effort to be a great leader and provide certainty, I overpromised, speculated, overshared, or simply got overwhelmed and didn't respond. This workshop will help with situations like these. If you're free, come check it out.
