As shown in the Harbor Department’s budget, the department will transfer $19 million into the City’s Tidelands Fund in fiscal year 2021 which will help improve safety, water quality and infrastructure along our beautiful 7-mile coastline. The calculation of this transfer has been made more clear as a result of our recommendation and role in the Harbor Initiative Audit.
