Saltine Dream is the new name for our LB Crack ice cream. Same awesome ingredients: organic vanilla ice cream, saltine toffee and fudge swirl. In pints and scoops at the Long Beach Shops and served as a soft serve sundae @softie.haus #saltinetoffee #fudge #vanilla #icecream

November Flavors! Cabernet Brownie - We make a fudgy brownie with Cabernet wine added and a rich Cabernet fudge swirl. All mixed into our organic vanilla ice cream base. Butternut Brittle - Roasted butternut squash ice cream with our shop made almond brittle. Butternut squash roasted with brown sugar and orange juice.... Goat Cheese Cherry - Vanilla ice cream with Chèvre goat cheese and our shop made dark cherry jam. Banana Bread Chai - Chai tea flavored ice cream with chunks of shop made banana bread. Tropinana Sorbet - Tropical sorbet made with banana, pink guava, pineapple, organic sugar and a squeeze of lime!

Whether you are celebrating or need a little pick me up today - we got your scoops! Open in Downtown Long Beach and Bixby Knolls from 3pm to 9pm today. @softie_haus at SteelCraft is open Noon until 10 (unless it rains out) Ice cream makes it all better!
