Dinner tickets go on sale Tuesday morning at 10am. From the current menu, here’s Fish & Chips, with Beer and Barley Tempura Black Cod dusted with Powder of Charred Onion and Malt Vinegar, with Aioli of Fava Greens and Fava Bean Miso (vintage 2018), Spearmint Oil, and Grilled Wild Pea Greens. On the side, Smoked Black Cod Rillette Gougére with Seaweed Craquelin, and Deep-Fried Potato Gratin topped with Lazy Bear Reserve Caviar by @therealtsarnicoulai. . Ceramics by @svenceramics. Newspaper liner for the chips part by @sfchronicle_food. Didn’t realize until writing the post that a @jlbitker byline is visible! Ha! . We’ll highlight each component in separate posts in the next couple of days! Stay tuned.

Beginnings of spring are hitting our menu! It’s so good to be back. . A few tickets are still available for next week, and we just released March 24-28. Choose whether to purchase tickets for indoors or outdoors.

Dinner tickets are now available for February 17-21. Get them on Tock now. This is all for an outdoor tasting menu in our beautiful parklets. . We are currently open for dinner Wednesday-Sunday. For now we are releasing tickets week-by-week at the beginning of the previous week (February 1 for dinner February 10-14, February 8 for dinner February 17-21, etc.).

Tickets available now on Tock for February 10-14. We’ll be releasing tickets week by week, on Mondays at 10am for the following week. So tickets for February 17-21 will be released next Monday, February 8.

This week’s dinner kit is a menu of some of our favorite Lazy Bear summer tasting menu dishes, for you to have at home while summer produce lasts. This is probably the last week for some of these ingredients locally, and we couldn’t resist bringing back some of our favorites! . Starting this week, we are also offering a full beverage pairing with each dinner kit, with a wine (or occasionally other beverage) paired with each course. The wines will be transferred on the day of your pickup into 4oz bottles, like we’ve been doing for our wine tastings. Fortunately, it’s back on, now with 100% romano beans! . The second image shows beef crusted in seaweed and tomato powder for carpaccio, an appetizer on this week’s Beef Surf ‘n’ Turf dinner kit!
