Mr Kazubowski handled my divorce case and I gotta tell ya, he did a GREAT job! He knew more about the law than the "Certified Family Law" attorney representing my ex. My case was set for divorce trial (never knew there was such a thing) and the mediator that met with us for a Mandatory Settlement Conference a week prior to trial said we... were "much better prepared" than opposing counsel. And believe me, it was a sticky, messy divorce with custody, and prior debt issues.....Consequently I/we prevailed in the case on all issues as we were able to come to a settlement, in my favor, before having to go to trial. Ask him how many of his previous cases have determined "case law." I can't say enough good things about him. He is now my attorney if I were ever to need one again!
