One of my most memorable weddings this year was my second helicopter wedding. I had the pleasure of officiating for Millamae Aloba and John Zamora. My friend George Marciniw was our pilot. After cruising over the Hollywood Hills and zipping around downtown, we headed west to the coast, buzzing around the Malibu shoreline for the exchange of vows an...d rings. Truly a blessing to be included in this celebration of love and commitment! Another fantastic day was the wedding of my godmother's granddaughter, Chelsea Derr and Zach Gunn. Our families have a rich history of fun and support, and it was exceptionally meaningful for me to officiate at Chelsea and Zach's wedding! The rain tried to foil Chelsea's dream of an outdoor wedding, but we got the best of Mother Nature by having the ceremony "outside" under the roof of the porch, while the guests stayed high and dry inside the lovely banquet hall, with the beautiful gardens as our backdrop. All of the couples I celebrated with provided me with wonderful experiences and unique memories. Congratulations to each of you, and a very sincere Happy Holidays to all!
