Lately I've been getting speaking opportunities to discuss those simple things we can do to get our acts together so that we don't leave a tangled mess behind if death comes by surprise. Just finished my first semester teaching Wills and Trusts at JFKU Law. I really enjoyed teaching and writing the exam questions. Grading the exams turned out to be tougher than I expected.
