Hi Folks, Time for my "public service announcement". If you don't have a WILL or LIVING TRUST, now is the time! Contact my office now to discuss a plan that's right for you. 818 981-1770 While, you may not have the holdings that Aretha Franklin left , you worked hard to save your assets and they should be protected.

As we enter this Holiday season, let us all remember that peace and happiness begins within each one of us. Do not lay blame for the stress and upset we are all feeling within our great country. Instead, we should each make the effort to better ourselves and our surroundings so that it may rub off on those who lay blame on others for their own malcontent.

Hi All, Now that Eclipse-mania is over . . it's back to "normal lunacy", whatever that is! This morning I finished up a case where I was trying to get two business partners to come to an agreement for the continuation of their business. It was time sensitive as the bank was ready to call in their business loan. ... We worked, we talked, and finally the agreement was reached. How? Because I reminded them of what's important in life. Was it "winning" at all costs? No, it was "what was best for the business" that they had started together years ago. They were young and had a great idea . . . and they had become very successful. But, the partners now had different ideas and had grown apart. So, by using the wisdom of King Solomon, instead of "cutting the baby in half", they agreed that the business should continue without one of them. Its survival (as their "pet project") was more important than the bitterness they had been creeping between them. We can liken this scenario to divorcing couples too. Living a happy and peaceful life is more important than ruining the other's life or getting back at them. In this very difficult time in America, let's all be more mindful of living a peaceful and happy existence within our own circle of family and friends. Perhaps, it will rub off on the people around us and thus, will be our small contribution to the betterment of our neighborhood, town, city, state, and our country.

Well, it's official. Our POTUS has created more jobs. For me, at least. Seems the negative things going in our government are creating tensions between spouses and partners in businesses. That means I am very busy trying to help people get past their differences. Tough job but I'm up for the task. Call me. I can help.

What a great way to start a week. On Monday, I arrived in my office to find a lovely plant with the nicest note from a couple with whom I had been working for about 5 months. They thanked me for helping them through a difficult time. It made me feel good to hear this!

I want to wish a wonderful holiday season to all the people I've been fortunate enough to have known and helped in the past year. We work together as a team and then enjoy the peace coming from the resolutions. Happy Holidays!

Hello all! As this season gets packed with more and more "important" things we need to do, please remember that nothing is more important than our families and loved ones. The best gift you can give to anyone is your time. Be sure to take the time to acknowledge and remember all who have helped you during the year and those who have shown you kindness. Return that kindness ten-fold. Take time to do the "little things ", because, in the end, they are really the big things! May you have much joy, love, and good health now and in the coming year.
