La Vine Equestrian

First time for this team competing in gymkana. I myself have not competed in gymkanas since I was in high school. A very very long time ago haha.

April was a very busy show month for LaVine Equestrian and Amuleto. Avery and Amuleto had a show at ETI Route 101 horseshow. Showing in Leadline and Leadline walk/jog pleasure and equitation. Avery and Amuleto won a 1st place ribbon and 2 - second place ribbons. So proud of how hard Avery worked to get ready for the horse show. I love seeing how much she has grown over the past year in her desire to future her horsemanship skills. ... Makayla and Amuleto had their final Saddleseat and Western show of the season. Clenching Makayla the highpoint rider for the year along with champion in both Western Freshman and Saddleseat Freshman for the year. Helping her school team iLead win the overall trophy for I believe the 4th year(maybe 5th) Makayla has worked very hard this year and the results show. So proud of her. Our last show of April was the Burbank Showcase Horseshow which did not disappoint. Fabulous, fun show. Kylie had her first show experience with Amuleto as her partner. Kylie did amazing coming home with a 1st place ribbon in Leadline and 4th place in Leadline walk/jog. I am so enthusiastic about this young riders future on a horse both inside and out of a show arena. She absolutely loves all things horses. She has worked so hard to achieve her goals. Makayla and Amuleto also had a fabulous show. Makayla stepped out of her comfort zone and did Showmanship which she brought home a championship ribbon!! Throughout the weekend she had wonderful rides which Accumulated her enough points to bring home the Andalusian Youth Highpoint Buckle Award. Makayla is always such a pleasure to teach and watch ride. So happy she is part of our team. (Mom proud moment) my own daughter Bailee decided about a month ago she wanted to show at this show. She worked very hard all month and was so excited to have me lead her in her first Leadline walk/jog class. So proud of her and her 5th place ribbon (matches her age lol). She had so much fun showing she wanted to do it again this weekend. If your able to come out to the ETI Route 101 horse show at Handsen Dam this Sunday morning Bailee and Amuleto will be showing. I am so blessed everyday to do what I love and give these kids such wonderful and positive horseback riding experiences. Thank you to everyone that helps it all happen!!!

So proud of Bailee and Glitter the Shine in their first virtual horseshow under saddle. Bailee really wanted to wear the pink show shirt and I think they both look fabulous. They also did the costume class which was holiday themed and she went with Hanukkah and the two look amazing.

In the beginning of December LaVine Equestrian Students participated in a virtual show. I am so proud of all the students that participated. This has been a great way to get them prepared for an in person show when they start back up again. See the photos below. The ones highlighted are LaVine Equestrian Students. I am so proud of these girls. 4 weeks ago I meet all of these lovely girls for the first time. They are all wonderful riders and have done drill team for years. They decided they wanted to try showing western at Saddleseat and Western league this year. They all made me so proud. Audrey showed their family horse Gump in JV western and came home with an 2nd and an 3rd, Cam showed their family horse Gump in Freshman Western and won (1st place)both her classes, Megan (red) on her horse Batman got 2nd place in both her Freshman Western classes, Parker (blue)on a last minute switch leased horse Blue (litterly riding him for 1 week) finished the day in her Freshman Western with an 3rd and a 4th. I am so excited for these girls year showing for their schools at Saddleseat and Western League shows.

When your clients husband come with her to her lesson and they are without kids. Time for him to give it a try. Mike did awesome especially since he had no idea when I saw him get out of the car that this was how he was going to spend his hour. Dream Big Ranch #familiesthatridetogether
